Cancellation policy

We require 24 hours notice to move or cancel an appointment, except in cases of illness or emergency.  Last minute cancellations and “no-show” appointments will be charged for the full amount of the service.

Online Booking requires payment at time of booking.  If the appointment is canceled with more than 24 hours notice, the payment will be refunded or remain on your account for future use. 

Appointments booked by phone require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold the appointment and payment will be applied in the event of a last minute cancellation or “no-show”.

Ethical Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse services to any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  Any requests for sexual services or other harassing behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and payment will be applied.

As a Licensed Massage Therapy Establishment by the State of Massachusetts, all services are provided in a manner that is consistent with the regulations outlined by the licensing board.  All clients are draped with a sheet during their session or may remain clothed.
